The Institute for Gulf Affairs is pleased to welcome Ms. Rachel Hertzman to its roster of experts. Ms. Hertzman will join the Gulf Institute as an Analyst. Additionally, she also works as a freelance writer and consultant. Ms. Hertzman earned her MA in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from the University of Arizona in 2013 and graduated from Wesleyan University in 1998. Her research interests include political and environmental history.
